Westbrooks Towers is a subsidized Tax Credit property.  Rent is based on 30% of adjusted gross income.  Residents are given a percent deduction for any out-of-pocket medical expenses such as prescription drugs, doctor bills and medical insurance.  An elderly allowance is also given. Conveniently located downtown, Murfreesboro’s transportation system, Rover, has a stop located in front of the Towers.
